Question 1

What is a 5-minute bounce break?

Accepted Answer

It is a short, guided rebounding routine you follow along with Angie. Both feet stay on the mat, so you can move at whatever pace feels comfortable.

Question 2

Do I need any equipment?

Accepted Answer

You need a rebounder (a mini trampoline). Angie has a guide that helps you choose one for your space and budget.

Question 3

How long is each routine?

Accepted Answer

About five minutes of movement, plus a few seconds between moves — roughly 5 minutes and 20 seconds in total, including the changes between exercises.

Question 4

Do I have to sign in?

Accepted Answer

No. The routines are free without signing in. Sign in only if you want your finished bounces saved so you can see them on the Progress page.

Question 5

Where can I find more routines?

Accepted Answer

Angie keeps a free resource library at bounceintolife.app, and a monthly rebound calendar club on Patreon.
